We have a limited number of rooms blocked at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte, the location of the wedding. Please book your room early using the room block link in the "Travel" section of this website. There is a lovely resort pool, bar, restaurant, and spa on site. The guest rooms surround a central courtyard, and the wedding and reception are an easy walk from anywhere on the property. There are also many nearby hotels - including the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort (across the street), The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort Indian Wells (.5 miles away) and the Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert (2 miles down the street). In addition, there are many house rental options in the area.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is a 30-minute drive from the venue. Ubers, Lifts, and Cabs are plentiful. October is the beginning of the busy season - so please make sure to book your flights early. Ontario International Airport is about 1.5-hour drive. John Wayne Airport, Orange County is a 2-hour drive. LAX is about a 2.5-hour drive. For those that are driving to the desert, the location is a two+ hour drive from Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego, via the Interstate 10 Freeway.

RSVPs will be open when formal invitations are sent out.

We are excited to host all our guests at our Friday evening Welcome Party at Cuistot in Palm Desert. Heavy appetizers and drinks will be provided. There will be transportation to and from the event from the Tommy Bahama Miramonte.

Our wedding reception dinner will be served plated. Please note any food allergies or preferences in your RSVP so we can communicate this to catering (and it is a good idea to also remind the wait staff at the event).

The attire for the wedding is Formal. We'd encourage you to have fun with your outfit - dapper suits, brilliant gowns or fabulous midi dresses! Bright colors are welcome as our bridal party will be in black. We will be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then will dance the night away in the ballroom. Keep in mind the outdoor activities will take place on a lawn, so please choose your shoes accordingly.

The attire for the Welcome Party is desert chic (polo shirts, sun dresses, etc.). It can get cold when the sun sets, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.

The guests invited will be listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a “plus-one”, please feel free to bring a guest.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those whose children are identified on their invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

The average temperature in Indian Wells in October is a high of 91° and low of 62°. The sun sets at 5:30pm. It can be windy at times so be prepared for anything, but warm days and cool nights are likely.
